Synthesis and Luminescence of 4H-Benzo[b]pyran Derivatives Catalyzed by Silica Sulfuric Acid in Aqueous Media
Authors: Yu Wan, Wan-wan Liu, Qi-chen Zhan, Hao Cui, Qian Zhang, Shu-ning Yue, Wei Lin, Sheng-liang Zhou and Hui WuSilica sulfuric acid (SSA) was used as efficient catalyst for the synthesis of 4Hbenzo[ b]pyran derivatives via the one-pot three-component condensation of aromatic aldehyde (1), 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione (2a) or 1,3-cyclohexandione (2b) and malononitrile (3) in aqueous media with high yields. Synthesis of Cross-linkable 2,5-Diketopiperazine Derivatives
Synthesis of cross-linkable diketopiperadine derivatives is described. Cross-linkable aamino acid methyl esters were subjected to peptide synthesis with Boc-protected glycine or L-tyrosine. No protection of cross-linkable functional groups (catechol and phenylazide) is necessary for the construction of diketopiperazine skeleton.
